Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic cloves (amount based on your taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Push garlic cloves into pork
  2. Season pork tenderloin with red pepper, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and pour over pork.
  4. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low in your Crock-Pot.

Postscript

This recipe is so easy! The pork just falls apart, especially if you cook it on the low setting for a longer amount of time. I love meal prepping this one and pairing it with either whole wheat pasta or brown rice, since I’m such a sucker for a delicious sauce (see Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken). When I make this pork, I usually want a healthy carb to soak up the delicious sauce. Man, oh man, I am getting hungry thinking about this one. Might send the husband to the store!
